When our founder, Alan Kriegstein, was about 10 years old, one of his brothers got him a real dinosaur fossil.  At that time, Alan already had a rock collection with some colorful and interesting pieces, but the fossil quickly became the coolest “rock” in the collection— exciting all of his friends and inspiring Alan to further explore the prehistoric world.  

Now, Alan wants to bring that kind of thrill to everyone by giving you the chance to have a genuine dinosaur fossil of your very own. It is his hope that exposure to such rare specimens will prompt people to learn more about fossils, their preservation, and the incredible creatures who roamed the planet so long before we did.
